We are looking for a dedicatedn, automobile-enhancing project managerin for the AMG Experience at the next possible time. In this position you work directly at the Home of AMG in Affalterbach on exciting projects of the World's Fastest Family and at the same time are co-responsible for projects of different sizes to ensure their successful implementation.

Individually responsible and committed cooperation in Europe-wide projects – from preparation to implementation and controlling to follow-up.

Conception and creation of convincing offers and professional event presentations.

Self-governing and management of small and medium-sized projects.

Selection and negotiation of locations, service providers and trades and subsequent order management.

Responsibility for the project budget for smaller and medium-sized projects.

Takeover of sub-structures in complex projects and ensure the smooth running.

Professional contact person for clients, end customers, project management and team.

Efficient work within structured project management processes.

Implementation and ensuring highest standards in terms of quality, time and cost.

Multiannual practical experience in project management as well as in the management of works in large projects and/or the management of smaller projects, preferably in a comparable environment.

Finding knowledge of motorsport and racing tracks is an advantage.

Comprehensive experience in dealing with demanding customers – including VIPs – is preferred.

Complete university studies in business, communication, marketing, event management or relevant industry-specific training.

Extensive commercial understanding of projects and at least first experience in (partial) responsibility for budgets, including cost calculation and offering.

Team skills, high social competence and pronounced empathy.

Strong sense of responsibility associated with self-initiative.

Sovereign, clear communication capability, even in challenging and stressful situations.

Flexibility and readiness to travel as well as the short-term implementation of events.

German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing.

Very good knowledge in dealing with the common office applications.
