Within the Rail Construction Directorate, your area of responsibility, in the management of the track construction sector, is as follows: Participation in the acquisition and execution of nationwide orders in track construction Systematic support of customers in coordination with the technical field management Support for contract design and changes and extensions of construction contracts Review and award of subcontracting services in agreement with the technical field management Responsibility for monitoring and compliance with all legal regulations and corporate guidelines related to the works contracts Active cooperation in follow-up management Provision of documents for the external financial statements, in accordance with the statutory provisions and valuation rules of the Group Creating and monitoring annual planning, rolling sub-annual preview and monthly and annual accounts in cooperation with the technical sector management Monthly reporting to the management Managing all commercial employees in the area Employee assessment and promotion (annual employee talks, agreement of performance targets, support of personnel development measures) Participation in personnel planning and personnel selection

Successfully completed economic studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in a responsible commercial position in the construction industry leadership personality with the ability to inspire and tie people Business thinking and acting High commitment, self-initiative and communication strength Above-average flexibility and durability
