Efficient and innovative technologies, processes and tools are used here.

Planning, implementing and ensuring timely software releases for airborne education systems Coordination of the various internal and external teams, with their SW to be developed Contribute components to the SW Release Creating a concept for an automated simulation environment within the meaning of CI/CT Planning, implementation and monitoring of the continuous integration of SW components with the help of a simulation environment Implementation and promotion of agile practices Definition of metrics for progress measurement within the software development to ensure timely software releases Identifying potential for improvement in the development and integration processes and implementing measures to increase efficiency Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress and manage risks. Ensuring software quality through the implementation of test strategies and methods, as well as through Monitoring compliance with standards and best practices

Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable Detectional practical experience in the role of a software solution or Release Train Engineers within a complex major project Long-standing practical experience in software development / software integration Detectional experience in the definition and implementation of CI / CT using simulation environments Practical experience in software release management and software integration in complex major projects Found practical experience in agile software development (SAFe, Scrum) Experience in dealing with Linux, Docker/Podman desirable Experience in the software approval (DO-178) and in the handling of the approval authorities (EASA, LufABw) Knowledge in the field of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Structured, conscientious and analytical procedures Very good knowledge of German and English
