These challenges include: End-to-end tunnel intelligence: Analyze and visualize key figures along the entire customer journey (from first interaction to repurchase) to gain data-based insights to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty Stakeholder Management & Data Dashboards: Support Stakeholder Management and the Structure and Operation of Data Dashboards Dashboard optimization: driving To advance the continuous improvement of dashboards, including the implementation of specific filters (e.g. for vans) for deeper insights and the development of targeted marketing, sales and customer care strategies The activity can begin from March 2027.

For students of the degree programs Economics/BWL/VWL, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science related to Marketing & Sales Very good knowledge of German and English Routinized handling of MS-Office, in particular PowerPoint, Excel, possibly PowerBI, copilot. Use of project management tools such as Mural, Confluence and JIRA. You show high operational readiness and are characterized by a well-structured approach, analytical thinking and a pronounced organizational talent.
