IT Consultant – Focus on Customer Portals & Digital Workflows (m/f/d)

As IT Consultant (m/w/d), you are the central interface for our customer portals between customers, support, specialist areas and development. In addition to support and training, your focus is on the design, implementation and support of tailor-made digital solutions and workflows that match the processes and requirements of our customers. Analysis of customer processes and transfer to structured technical requirements Conception and implementation of digital forms, workflows and automation Professional processing of complex support requests in the 2nd level (JIRA Service Management) incl. Ensuring complete and comprehensible ticket and solution documentation Analysis of fault causes, definition of workarounds and escalation at the 3rd level in conjunction with identification of recurring problems and derivation of improvement measures Care of knowledge databases, FAQs and documentation Support in customer acquisition and customer onboarding incl. User and permission management Planning and implementation of customer and internal training (online, hybrid, on site)

Commercial, insurance or IT near training or Study or comparable qualification Experience in the insurance industry, as IT consultant, business analyst or in 1st /2nd level support Good understanding of software applications and IT processes Ideally experience with ticket systems, form platforms, user and authorization management as well as web applications Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation High communication and service orientation Very good knowledge of German (C1), English Team spirit, initiative and sense of responsibility
