We are looking for the next time in the Z 1 – Quality and Risk Management Unit – you as Staff:in (w/m/d) in Quality, Risk and Idea Management Group 12 TV-L or grade A 12 Reference number: PN-Z1-52/25 The body is a part-time parental representation.

Test-oriented quality management You take over quality assurance and optimization by examining the business processes of the own company and maintaining the improvement measures You plan and conduct quality checks in all areas of responsibility of their own business and work in the constantly changing subjects of the audits (e.g. legal foundations) necessary for this purpose. You create audit reports You develop quality standards, control indicators/codes

Idea Management You control the operational ideas management You take over the communication and documentation of ideas management Create an annual report

Complaint management You are handling complaints involving the divisions in cooperation with the other employees of Unit Z 1 You shall draw up an annual work report, assist in the implementation of semi-annual complaints and implement small one-time tasks in cooperation (with the other staff of Unit Z1).

You bring A completed university degree (Diplom-FH or Bachelor) preferably for public administration with a focus on general administration, public law or economics or health science; or Career skills for the category 2, first entry office of the General Services Department or a completed qualification as an administrative specialist:in (w/m/d) You can also apply if you obtain one of the above-mentioned degrees within the next six months.
