Identification, evaluation and consistent implementation of innovative product ideas – you actively promote the development of forward-looking solutions, identify potentials at an early stage and set specific impulses for technical progress in medical technology Responsibility for the strategic orientation and control of product development in the field of medical technology Building, leadership and further development of a powerful, interdisciplinary team focusing on coaching and motivation Individual support for self-responsibility and professional development of employees through targeted demand and support Designing a team-oriented working environment that awakens curiosity, creativity and commitment Ensuring efficient development processes – from idea to prototype to series maturity, with a clear focus on short “Time to Market” cycles Close cross-departmental cooperation with Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality and Clinical Affairs to ensure a fast turnaround Control and compliance with projects in terms of time, quality and budget Responsibility for resource and budget planning in development

Complete technical studies, ideally with a focus on medical technology, mechanical engineering or comparable disciplines At least 12 years of professional experience in product development in the regulated environment of medical technology Detectable, at least 5-year leadership experience with the ability to shape, inspire and develop teams Extensive design will as well as a high degree of self-initiative and decision-making Strong interest in technological developments and enthusiasm for innovative products and solutions Strategic thinking combined with a structured and targeted working method Sovereign handling of complex project structures and budget responsibility Communication strength, persuasiveness and ability to work together efficiently across areas
