As a manager:in the costing department for building technology, you take responsibility for the economic evaluation and supply skalkulation of demanding projects in the field of TGA (heating, ventilation, climate, sanitary, electric). You can operate at the interfaces to sales, project management, purchasing and technology. Leadership, motivation and further development of an experienced costing team Control and coordination of costing processes for projects in civil engineering, industrial and plant engineering Examination and analysis of tender documents and clarification of technical and economic conditions Development of costing strategies and project-related solutions Plausibility of performance directories and mass determinations Cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as with follow-up and supplier:inside Support for sales in customer appointments, offer presentations and price negotiations Quality assurance, controlling and continuous optimization of costing processes

Complete studies in the field of supply technology, technical building equipment, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the calculation of TGA services, ideally in a senior function Funded knowledge in VOB, HOAI as well as in contracting and follow-up Sovereign handling of costing software (e.g. RIB iTWO, ARRIBA, Excel) Embossed analytical and economic thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods Communication strength, enforcement capacity and leadership skills
