Property Manager (m/w/d) - Property Management

ECKPFEILER is an owner-managed, capital-rich real estate holding company based in Munich and Nuremberg, which pursues the development of commercial and residential projects as well as the sustainable revitalisation of existing properties. With around 2,600 developed housing units, we are among the leading project developers in the south German area. It is particularly important for us that this growth is sustainable.

We are looking for a Property Manager (m/w/d) for the holistic management of our property in Lüneburg. You work at least 3 days a week independently at our property location in Lüneburg and regularly agree with our asset management team based in Pullach. The place is limited to 2 years.

Full management: Own-sponsored support from a residential quarter and on-site with the aim of optimally uniting tenants and owner interests. Rental contract management: monitoring, adaptation and implementation of rental contracts to ensure a smooth rental. Control of external service providers: coordination and control of facility services and craft businesses to ensure high service quality. Rental increases & Mahnwesen: Ensuring an economically sustainable rental and processing of payment failures. Finance & Reporting: Creation of bills, reporting and business plans for the long-term preservation of real estate.

Complete training as a real estate businessman or a comparable commercial qualification with real estate. At least two years of professional experience in property management. Communication strength, safe occurrence and negotiation skills in dealing with tenants and service providers. Structured and independent working, even in demanding situations.
