During your 3-year training, you will get to know all areas of a Block House restaurant: from the preparation of our classics in the kitchen and on the grill to the service that makes every visit a special experience. You can learn how to make great pleasure with small gestures – and thus create real moments of success together.

• Create guest experiences: You are actively responsible for making our guests feel comfortable. From blanketing to picking up orders to serving. With your kindness you make every visit a special experience. • Quality assurance: cleanliness, order and an inviting ambience are your responsibility. Together with the team, you consistently ensure that everything is true and guests feel comfortable at any time. • Control processes: You take responsibility as a link between the kitchen, service and guest so that everything goes smoothly. With team spirit and clear communication you make sure that every handle is seated. • Responsibility: You gain first leadership experience and support the coordination of smaller tasks in the team. Learn how to organize tasks and accompany the team. • Understanding the operation: You get insights into the commercial areas such as simple accounting, goods management and cost control. Learn how decisions are made and how an operation works successfully.

You want to have the work as a host and get first leadership experiences. You'll be able to deal with people through positivity and cordiality. You have a middle school degree or a comparable degree. You were not only present at school, you were present. You have shown that you can rely on you through punctuality, reliability and real commitment. You take tasks seriously and get active. You have first experience in gastronomy or retail.
