As an intern*in the assistance of the Mercedes-Benz Sindelfingen site and production management, you will get unique insights into the control of one of the largest and most innovative production sites in Mercedes-Benz. You work directly with the top management, production and numerous business partners at the plant and get to know the entire value chain of a vehicle. You get exciting insights into strategic and operational processes and have the opportunity to introduce and implement your own ideas. These challenges include: Insights into the Work of Assistance of the Site and Production Management (MO/CS) and Support in Operational Day Business, including Shopfloor Management (SFM) in Production

Participation in the organisation, preparation and follow-up of management bodies, workshops and decision-making rounds in the top management environment

Creation of presentations, reports and decision templates for management

Independent processing and management of projects and initiatives in close cooperation with various business partners

Participation in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external events

Responsible organisation of visits and delegations at the Sindelfingen site

Support for topics related to strategy, corporate culture, communication and digitalisation

Participation in the development and introduction of digital tools to support control and communication processes

Identification and implementation of new digital solutions and AI applications for increasing efficiency in everyday work

The activity can start from October 2026.

We are important to be able to welcome motivated and committed colleagues. We are also pleased with the following qualifications: Advanced Study of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Communication Sciences or a comparable course

Embossed organisational skills and a structured, independent and reliable operation

High communication strength as well as safe and friendly appearance

Interest in production, control and management processes

Enthusiasm for digitalization, artificial intelligence and modern working methods

Affinity to quickly engage in new topics and digital tools, and to actively shape innovative solutions

High readiness on site and joy in cooperation with different contact persons

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Team skills, initiative and commitment

Analytical thinkability and the ability to quickly capture relationships and introduce new perspectives
