Project Manager Sanitary/Extinguishing Water Technology

In your role as a project or Building manager:in close cooperation with the modernization of our TGA plant park in our properties, you are responsible for the sanitary and conveyor plants. In doing so, you take the planning and coordination of maintenance and renewal measures at our facilities and ensure the proper operation as well as the safe condition of the plants that you provide. With your expertise, you control external specialist planners on the basis of the HOAI performance phases 1–9, and you will start performance directories as well as tender documents for smaller conversion measures. As part of your activity, you actively participate in the construction process and budget planning and take over the building management and supervisory responsibility for external service providers. You’re interested in cross-disciplinary organizational projects and are actively involved in process optimization as well as in chance management. And last but not least: In the standby service, you convince by your reliability and flexibility.

Your basis is a completed engineering studies of utility or building technology or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience. Ideally, you have completed a craft training. You bring several years of experience in the technical planning and construction management and have a well-founded knowledge of the current energy laws and regulations. In addition, you have well-founded experience in sanitary and extinguishing water technology as well as basic knowledge in other structures such as conveyor systems (in particular elevator technology), ventilation, heating and refrigeration technology. When handling Microsoft Office applications, you are safe. At best you have basic knowledge in SAP as well as experience in creating performance directories with iTWO. A class B driving license completes your profile. Personally, you score with team skills, self-employment, goal-sustainability as well as an analytical way of thinking and organisational skills.
