For this path we are looking for reinforcement at the next time as IT-Supporter (m/w/d) – with development perspective (full time) Your role in us You are the first contact point for our employees and ensure that the digital working day works smoothly – whether on the desk, in the conference room or on the move. At the same time, you grow with our IT: cancer aid is in the transformation to cloud solutions – accompanied by several IT projects. You accompany the users through the IT changes and take on step-by-step tasks in the M365 administration and MS Power Platform - up to the independent supervision of individual tasks.

Service-oriented 1st level support – telephone, ticket and on-site Setup, configuration and support of Windows workstations (PCs, notebooks, standard software) Support and further development of conference, presentation and media technology in our meeting and event rooms – occasionally also at evening or weekend events Care and development of IT documentation and knowledge base With growing involvement: Support for recurring Microsoft 365 administration tasks (teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID) Work on projects related to cloud services and power platform (in particular Power Automate, Power Apps) Support of rollouts, migrations and process optimizations

Condition: Complete IT training (e.g. technical informatics system integration) or multi-year practical IT experience in a comparable role Solid knowledge of Windows client environments and common office software as well as PC/Notebook hardware Embossed service orientation and the ability to explain IT in a comprehensible way – also for non-technicians Structured, reliable operation and desire to take responsibility Advantage: Experience with Microsoft 365 Knowledge of conference and media technology Points of contact with Power Platform, Ticket Systems or IT project work Analytical thinking, team spirit and quick incorporation into new topics
