You monitor the storage and shipping software systems as well as their connected interfaces and ensure the functionality of the site (IT-side). You are a contact person for problem solutions and first-level support for our logistics systems as well as IT topics in customer contact. You take over the optimization of existing and the development of new warehouse processes or the establishment and further development of our logistics systems. Recognizing, analyzing, prioritizing and professionally solving problems and problems within your own knowledge or precise communication to internal support are also your tasks. You develop solutions independently or work out detailed requirements for the centralized support or project employees. You will create and provide process descriptions, training documentation and IT-relevant documentation. You will also develop and develop various evaluations and statistics (e.g. SQL queries).

You have completed vocational training and/or relevant professional experience in IT, preferably in logistics. You have knowledge of SQL and IT structures/IT solutions (e.g. databases, test procedures). Ideally, you bring experience in the Erhardt + Partner and PSI warehouse management software, have solid MS Office and basic SQL knowledge as well as knowledge of logistic processes and their IT support. You are characterized by an analytical and structured approach, interest in processes and communication skills in German and English.
