Our team of Managed Service Operations operates central security, cloud and SaaS solutions for business customers and has full service responsibility for the German market. Here we combine technological demands, close cooperation and real effect: As a Senior Cloud Engineer (m/w/d), you take the technical responsibility for the Managed Cloud Service and at the same time give a significant boost to security and SaaS services. This enables you to actively and visibly shape the quality, safety and further development of our entire managed service portfolio. You act as a leading specialist for Managed Cloud Services with the highest technical expertise; you set binding standards and are central:r Contact:in for complex technical issues. Through deep technical insights, you have a significant influence on the global product and service strategy of the digital services, design future offers and deliver decision-making bases for roadmaps, architecture standards and quality benchmarks. You control projects and cloud migrations with full responsibility for design, implementation and service quality. You monitor, maintain and optimize complex managed cloud environments, including proactive incident and problem management. You conduct and control critical service enquiries and platform problems, including escalations to the management level. You research process innovations, automations and the use of AI in cloud operations; you develop and establish new standards and frameworks. You represent Managed Cloud and Managed Services at C-Level as well as at industry events, build a strong technical network and plead it.

Complete university studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications. At least five years of professional experience in technical support or operation of Managed Cloud Services, ideally with a leading Azure Service Provider or in a comparable enterprise environment. In-depth practical experience in the administration, optimization and error analysis of managed cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and experience in managing complex customer projects and managing escalations. Proven certifications in the area of cloud and security (e.g. Microsoft AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-400, SC-100, FinOps Practitioner) Embossed organizational and communicative skills on management and C levels. Detectional strength in the identification and implementation of innovation potentials, in particular in the field of process optimization and automation as well as AI. Proven expertise in service management (e.g. ITIL, COBIT) and in project management (e.g. Prince2, SAFe, Scrum). German and English skills (C2 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
