The DKMS Donor Center is a wholly owned subsidiary of DKMS. The Donor Center has the primary tasks of donor registration, donor care and donor placement. The workup department coordinates the collection of bone marrow and peripheral stem cells worldwide. The personal care of our donors is at the centre of our work: they are specifically a:n patient:in demand and give hope for healing with their donation. The department functions as a central interface between donors: inside, extraction clinics and transplant centres and ensures a smooth and fast process of extraction. For our workup department in Tübingen we are looking for a team leader (m/w/d) coordination of stem cell sampling.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team within the Workup department Creation of service and holiday plans in a team with complex structures Coordination of workflows and cooperation in the team With design of projects and further developments in content of the department together with the department management incl. Budget planning Telephone support and information of our donors: inside Coordination of communication between the organisations involved, such as extraction clinic, search unit, registers or transplant centres and donors:inside Coordination and organisation of pre-examination and stem cell sampling Responsible and conscientious documentation of all conversations and information in the in-house database Contact person:in for all donor requests related to withdrawal Treatment of complaints in consultation with the department management

Studies with at least Bachelor degree e.g. in the field of health care management, business management, etc. At least 3 years of professional experience; ideally in the fields of business management, administration, medicine or customer service At least 2 years of leadership experience Medical knowledge is beneficial High level of sensitivity and empathy in handling our donors:inside and consulting skills, especially on the phone Impressed sense of responsibility and service orientation and communication strength Careful and independent operation Embossed team and cooperation capability Very good IT skills (MS Office) as well as organizational and coordination skills Very good English skills
