Research on current sustainable building materials and substances as well as their usability, use and disposal Creating performance directories Defining the materials to be used in cooperation with architects and civil engineers Implementation and implementation of tenders, contract negotiations and award procedures Coordination of the construction schedule Construction site visit and documentation as part of planning and construction management Creation and request of documents (plans, studies, etc.)

Successfully completed technical studies in the field of energy-efficient building, sustainable building, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in sustainable construction, DGNB, ecological building materials and their use First leadership experience desirable Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Communication skills, team skills and empathy Self-employed and structured work Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
