Head of Production Construction / Precast Construction (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consultancy for specialists and executives, is looking for a head of system mining (m/w/d) in an indefinite permanent position.

Our client is an established medium-sized company in Osthessen, which implements customer-specific projects in industrially prefabricated system construction. An integrated approach seamlessly combines planning, production and assembly. The focus is on CAD-based components, which are delivered just-in-time and are efficiently mounted on site. This creates high-quality, precise and time-saving projects. The materials used convince with their technical performance and sustainability. Prefabricated system elements offer an economical and modern alternative to classic designs. The role is anchored in the operational day-to-day business and assumes a central control function for the implementation of system mining projects. The focus is on clear processes, reliable interfaces and continuous optimization of the processes.

Technical and organizational management of the technical office (5 employees) and (successive, during the incorporation) of production (25 employees) with responsibility for time, quality and cost management in ongoing projects Coordination of interfaces between work preparation/planning, finished parts production, logistics and construction design for smooth project processing Ensuring a standardized, efficient implementation of system raw materials, including resource and capacity planning Coordination of production planning in close coordination with management Direct support of customers, planners and project partners as well as maintenance of a strong network Control and monitoring of projects – from costing to production release Support of construction management in scheduling Continuous improvement of processes, documentation and quality standards

Ideally a completed study in civil engineering, alternatively a qualified further education as a technician with a well-founded practical experience Multiannual experience in housing construction, raw construction, system construction or in the environment of industrially prefabricated components with a view to standardized processes Detegratable leadership or strong willingness to take responsibility for teams and results Structured, solution-oriented operation with a secure understanding of time and quality requirements in project execution Communication strength in the handling of internal interfaces and external partners as well as enforcing capability while simultaneously collaborating
