The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• You strengthen our service-oriented support area "IT Service Management" and are responsible for the maintenance and development of our central IT service catalogue for all sectors and countries
• You advise our internal customers in the process and technical implementation of their requirements. In doing so, you will create the interface between our customers and our platform developers
• You secure the operational Excellenz with reports and key figures and work together with our stakeholders to optimize the operational or technical processes within our IT Service Management tool.
• Smaller requirements are implemented by you directly in the tool
• You plan, coordinate and implement country rollouts for the service catalogue
• You work closely with the asset management team
• You are networking within the Black IT, the Lidl and Kaufland national companies and the other branches
• You motivate and inspire our IT colleagues for service request management and train the keyusers in the process

Your profile

• Your IT training or your study of (economic) computer science allows you to start with us
• Your first experiences in IT Service Management environment are important to us
• Ideally you have completed the ITIL Foundation certification if we don't support you *You need your very good knowledge of German and English for our international environment
• Your ServiceNow platform knowledge is beneficial
• Your high motivation, innovative and solution-oriented ideas, professional appearance, good communication and presentation skills, as well as organizational ability will help you work everyday
