The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• Consultancy & Conception: You advise the department Kaufland Card as well as other clients in implementing customer identity & access management (cIAM) requirements based on Cidaas. Together with the departments and IT, you develop sustainable concepts for new functions, client connections and optimizations of the existing solution.
• Architecture & Solution Design: You actively participate in the architecture planning of new features and integrations and develop tailor-made solutions for the further development of the app and service infrastructure.
• Configuration & implementation: You configure the Cidaas instance, plan adjustments and implement smaller automations and integrations (e.g. via Python scripts).
• Operation & Support: You enter different cloud environments where microservices are hosted, ensuring smooth operation of the identity management platform.
• Requirement management: You control the coordination and prioritization of requirements for the SaaS provider Cidaas and internal IT teams.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: You accompany technical implementations up to testing new releases and functional extensions.
• Data analysis & authorization management: You analyze identities, access permissions and data flows within the Identity Lifecycle

• Passion: You bring an enthusiasm for identity access management
• Experience: You have already gained experience in Identity & Access Management
• Analytical thinking: You can quickly find yourself in a complex system architecture environment
• Hands-on-Mentality: Self-initiative and decision-making
• Teamplayer: High communication skills and service orientation are one of your strengths
• Qualification: You can prove a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, information security or comparable qualification
• Communicate: You can communicate well in German and English (in word and writing)
