In the Schön Klinik Eckernförde near Kiel, around 250 employees provide stationary, day-clinical and outpatient patients. Since the middle of 2023, the clinic has been part of the nationwide Schön Klinik Group and specializes in geriatrics, internal medicine, pain medicine, diabetics and gastroenterology. The outpatient offer includes surgical interventions, diagnostics and specialist speaking lessons in orthopaedics, endoprosthetics and neurosurgery. The spectrum is supplemented by an internalist emergency outpatient clinic, two day clinics (geriatrie as well as psychiatry and psychotherapy) and several medical practices.

Deputy Leadership: As a deputy director, you support the leadership of the MPA team and actively participate in personnel planning, quality assurance and projects.

Independent assistance: They perform medically prescribed activities independently and ensure professional, reliable implementation.

Professional examination assistance: They support diagnostic examinations and medical treatments and actively contribute to optimal patient care.

Structured date management: you plan, coordinate and organize examination dates as well as consiles with internal departments and external partners and ensure smooth processes.

Careful documentation: They take over the pre- and post-processing of patient records in the context of consils, interventions, diagnostics and operations and ensure a structured and complete documentation.

Coordinated dismissal: They control the communication between doctors, patients and relatives and take care of delegation-preparing and dismissing activities.

They have completed training as a nursing specialist or (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. They are safe in handling common computer systems, in particular hospital information systems, and use them specifically for efficient organization They enjoy working in the team, convince with organizational talent and show a high level of responsibility You are empathic, strong in communication, like working in the team, and take responsibility for what you do.
