Team leadership: leadership, development and motivation of your team in the fields of MaRisk and Securities Compliance. Monitoring: You identify new requirements and laws (“Legal Monitoring”), impact assessments on their relevance, tune implementation needs with the specialist departments and functions and take over the monitoring of the implementation measures and conduct the inventory Risk analyses and surveillance activities: The updating and further development of risk analysis in the MaRisk and Securities Compliance area, as well as the control and monitoring plans, is one of your tasks as well as the taking of surveillance activities Training and consulting: You are a contact person (m/w/d) for our management and departments in matters of the MaRisk and Securities Compliance and conduct internal voting e.g. with the legal department. You develop training to raise awareness among employees and carry out them. Not only do you communicate with internal contacts, but also with authorities and examiners Conception and further development of the compliance functions: You shape the written order and processes in the field of compliance and develop the tools of compliance Audits: Accompanying internal and external audits, contact person:in for bank supervision Reporting and documentation: Responsibility for the preparation of regular reports and the maintenance of documentation.

degree in economics, economic law, alternatively a degree as a banker or comparable; Multiannual professional experience in the compliance function of a bank, ideally as (representative:r) MaRisk and/or Securities Compliance Officer:r Very good knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Willingness to take over the role of a representative: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively guide and develop a team. Excellent communicative skills and safe occurrence. Good knowledge of English Safe handling of MS Office products and knowledge in industry-specific tools such as Agree21/Atruvia are an advantage.
