For our network customer service department at the Salzwedel, Gardelegen or Lüneburg locations, we are looking for you as Master / Technicians / Bachelor of Renewable Energy and Network Connections at the next possible time. You are at the heart of time and are happy to deal with topics such as digitalization, sustainability, photovoltaics and e-mobility. You are the link between our customers, installers, plant designers and partner companies - because you are the central contact person and pull the threads. You enter electricity and gas connections from A such as request to Z like counters and are the first respondent for our customers. You advise our customers on all questions about the energy transition, such as the grid connection of photovoltaic systems, wall boxes for e-mobility or heat pumps. Together with our local team, you will develop our customer service a bit further every day. You optimise and digitize our processes together with us and make us fit for the future.

You have successfully completed a technical or commercial training and an additional qualification as a master, technician or specialist. Alternatively, you have completed a technical or commercial study. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1). You have fun at customer contact, are decision-making and solution-oriented You are characterized by reliability to customers and colleagues as well as a professional appearance. You are a team player and convince with a flexible way of working. You are an IT affinist and are delighted to tackle and promote digitalization issues.
