This is what we do In this position, you develop new functions, future concepts or entire machines for expanding the product portfolio in cooperation with the product-driven area. You take over the technical leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams in the development projects you are responsible for. They run projects and are responsible for the entire development process from concept to product transfer in cooperation with the departments. They coordinate the development process through project management, control milestones, costs and appointments, and perform a classic project reporting. You do organisational tasks within the project, such as review meetings and concept workshops. In addition, you regularly agree with the Product Owner of the respective products. They bring together information and thus create a burdenable responsibilities which form the basis of the development process. In addition to preparing feasibility studies to integrate new technologies, you will conduct sponsor research, competitive and benchmark analyses. With your in-depth knowledge, you are competent for internal and external customers, clients and project partners.

They have a team-oriented and constructive way of communication with a pronounced organizational talent for coordinating interdisciplinary teams. With very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, you will be able to work professionally both internally and externally.
