Technical Buyer (m/f/d)

Material Demand Planning (MRP): Analysis of customer demand and effective implementation of the MRP process to generate demand requirements for raw and packaging materials. Order management: placing orders, surgical tracking up to the receipt of goods and administration of basic import formalities (customs). ERP data maintenance: Regular updating of the material master files based on internal/external circumstances and ensuring that suppliers provide correct order confirmations and enter them into SAP.

Optimisation of stocksImproving receipt of goods according to correct guidelines and provision of monthly lists of expired raw materials for evaluation.

Supplier relations: Establishing sustainable, trusted relationships, managing daily interactions on operational issues (species, delays) and maintaining the supplier report

Communication & Escalation: Informing the planning team about potential supply bottlenecks and escalation of important problem areas to the Head of Supply Chain, Planning Manager and Local Procurement Business Partner.

Compliance: Understanding and complying with all Famar guidelines, procedures, GxP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and EHS procedures

Academic background & languages: You preferably have a technical university degree and communicate fluently in English. Professional experience: You bring at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in managing customer relationships as well as experience in the supply chain. Technical know-how: You are ERP systems oriented, ideally with SAP experience, and masters common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Core competencies: You are a detailed, pragmatic personality with a Can-do setting.

Soft Skills & Communication: Your excellent communication and strong negotiating skills are yours. You are collaborative and a good team player.

Industry understanding: You have a comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain (from raw materials to product delivery) and are familiar with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
