In this position, you take responsibility for a wide range of legal issues within the VNG Group - in an environment that offers you scope, trust and real impact. You can contribute and develop your professional interests in a targeted manner.

You work closely with different disciplines, act as a competent contact person or competent contact person and represent the VNG to the outside - with the free space to effectively use your legal expertise.

The job is limited for two years.

You take responsibility: You can independently check and process various legal questions for the VNG and its affiliates. You analyze complex facts: You carefully identify all relevant facts and develop sound, practical solutions. You actively shape solutions with: You will develop and evaluate pragmatic solutions and bring your technical priorities in a targeted manner. You are Sparring Partners for Business: You advise our specialist areas proactively in legal matters and contribute to the design of various legal relationships. You represent the VNG outside: In your task field, you will be able to compete with external partners. You develop your role: The activity as a syndicate lawyer or Syndicate attorney is possible - we actively support the necessary admission.

Legal basis found: You have completed their studies in law (2nd State Exams) and have already gained several years of relevant professional experience, primarily in civil law and ideally in a law firm or a corporate law department. Experience that keeps you: Ideally, you already have 3 to 5 years of professional practical experience and are used to independently process legal questions. Industry-specific interest of advantage: Knowledge in the energy industry is not a must, but a plus - or you bring the motivation to work quickly into new topics. Safe operation: The routined handling of common office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is of course for you. You have already gained first experience with AI tools and are curious about more? Perfect! We are looking for someone who wants to work quickly into further AI applications and actively use them in everyday work. International communication strength: You have knowledge of English and are confident in their professional context. Analytical, solution-oriented, creative: You think structured, identify relationships quickly and develop pragmatic solutions - even in complex issues. Organization & moderation in view: You keep an overview, coordinate topics safely and bring your concerns clear and convincing. Personality that convinces: You are communication-strong, responsive to contact and are confident. At the same time, you are characterized by loyalty, assertiveness and a high degree of sense of responsibility. Last but not least: A good portion of humor is not a must - but definitely welcome.
