In our team, 12 colleagues – from young talent to experienced corporate customer supporters:in – work closely together, exchange openly and support each other. As part of our SME team, you play a central role in supporting medium-sized companies in the Rhine-Main-Saar region. You work independently, digitally and with real design playroom:

Type of employment: Full or part-time possible Holistic support of a customer's own portfolio in 1:1 ratio. Advice at eye level and implementation of entrepreneurial strategies in sustainable business relations. Use of data-based campaigns and digital tools for targeted customer response. Expansion of existing customer connections along the 360° approach with internal and external specialists: inside. Support for demanding customers:internal allies and close cooperation with decision-makers:inside. Active market presence and new customer acquisition – e.g. via local networks. Contribution to the achievement of goals in the team and promotion of sustainable sales success. Focus on high customer satisfaction and long-term binding. Safe handling of processes and high adaptability in a dynamic environment

A completed bank training, ideally supplemented by an economic study or a further education (e.g. Frankfurt School / VWA) Experience in sales – from private or corporate customer support Strong consulting and sales skills and pleasure in the acquisition Good knowledge of corporate customer products (credit, deposits, services) Digital affinity and safe occurrence – personal and virtual Structured working, high self-motivation and team spirit Credit know-how, risk awareness and economic understanding Openness for new tools and desire to actively shape the multichannel strategy Communication strength, negotiation skills and final orientation Good English knowledge and proof of expertise according to § 18 KWG (ImmoDarlSachkV)
