For the ''Integrated Logistic Support & In-Service Support Optronics (ILS/ISS)' section in the ''Customer Services'' section, we are looking for a location in Oberkochen - Aalen at the next possible time Project Manager Integrated Logistic Support (w/m/d) The 'Customer Service' is responsible for the production of the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In the ILS phase, we lay the logistical foundations for a successful service business of HENSOLDT Optronics' customer service. In the use phase (in-service support) we provide services and spare parts based on service contracts to keep the optronic products and systems of our customers in operation with the highest possible availability.

Head of “Integrated Logistic Support” projects of optoelectronic systems of military land and aircraft Responsibility for all measures for the production of the usability of connected sensor solutions Representing the service concerns in the integrated project team Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams in the ILS/LSA area (specialized departments, customers and UAN's) Influence on the serviceability of the system based on service strategy and customer requirements Creating service, logistics and maintenance concepts as well as strategies for optimizing costs throughout the product lifecycle Design, coordinate, tune and prioritize logistical delivery items (e.g. special tools, measuring and testing equipment, spare parts, training documents, spare parts catalogs, usage, maintenance and repair documentation) Creation of material conservation and obsolescence management concepts as well as optimization of spare parts requirement Continuous assessment of risks of product maturity, in particular from the results of the logistic analyses for the subsequent usability of the products from service vision and derivation of defined measures in close cooperation with internal and external engineering teams and the customer Regular and responsible reporting and presentation of ILS status for internal and external customers Close cooperation with the in-service support team

Complete technical studies Good business knowledge Long-term experience as a technical project manager Long-term experience and deepened knowledge in ILS / LSA, MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD S series specifications and/or equivalent procedures Experience in the creation of service-relevant shares in technical offers Ability to analyse and further process design/construction documents in relation to logistical concerns Experience in military repair and its logistics structures desirable Good organisational and communication skills as well as an independent and self-responsible operation Safe and convincing appearance and strong enforcement Good team and team leadership as well as a high sense of responsibility Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel
