Lawyers/Associates - European Law (m/f/d)

You not only create expert opinions, but also assume the role of the responsible contact person for our clients (from the German middle class to listed companies). You advise and represent clients in appeal and appeal proceedings against claims and in fine proceedings in case of infringements of proceedings. You analyse questions in European, foreign trade and customs law and develop legally resilient and economically sensible solutions. You shall make submission proceedings before the European Court of Justice and invalidity proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. You are negotiating with the European Commission in procedures at European level. You advise companies on export bans, embargoes and sanctions from a German and international perspective in cooperation with our partners. You accompany inspections by the customs administration - on site and as professional contact persons. You carry out training and in-house training at clients.

Compensation for performance: salary as an associate, depending on the qualification and pre-experience, up to €100,000, plus job ticket and €1000 annual training budget. In addition, we will appropriately participate in the economic success of your work - already from the first year.
