Your role Assessment of potential investment opportunities and discussion with internal stakeholders (SBUs)
Support in the planning and implementation of due diligence processes in close cooperation with internal experts as well as external service providers / lawyers incl. Set deadlines, if necessary, in coordination with Senior Manager M&A and Head of M&A
Review and support in the creation of business plans in cooperation with the segments and based assessment of companies using different valuation methods and market data
Support in the development of appropriate transaction structures, including tax and tactical aspects, internal coordination in the negotiation of legal documents, e.g. share purchase agreements
Regular knowledge transfer from Fach-M&A Topics for colleagues in the segments and support for trainees
Coordination of strategic projects (e.g. evaluation, training sessions)
Complete study of business management, financial management, economics or a related subject, preferably on Master level.
At least 3 years of relevant M&A or transaction-related professional experience, such as investment banking, M&A consulting, Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory or comparable functions.
