The upcoming youth assistance supports young people in their development and offers them an individual support on the way to self-employment through the mobile support (MOB). As part of our youth assistance offer, we support young people from 16 years of age in their own homes and support them in their everyday lives to prepare them for a self-determined life. The special feature of our location in Lünen Brambauer is that the young people are cared for in our care, but the common location of their homes provides a feeling of housing.

Support for young people on their way to self-recognization by accompaniment in everyday life. Promoting self-employment in the areas of budgetary management, school or training integration and social networking. Support in the development of personal perspectives and individual future strategies. Work with adolescents with special support needs, e.g. mental stress or migration background. Close cooperation with social services, schools and employers on the sustainable integration of young people.

A completed training or study in the social education or training field (e.g. social education, social work, educators, nurses, etc.). Ideally experience in outpatient family assistance or work with young people in self-employment. Sensitivity, patience and joy in working with people in challenging situations. Independent work, flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations of life. Willingness to work and flexible working hours (also occasionally evening or weekend). Class B driving licence and the willingness to operate in mobile use.
