New challenge between tradition and modernity The Gasthaus Bären Stuttgart is a scene place in the style of a classic guest house with modern elements. The basic idea of the corporate philosophy is to break through the traditional restaurant sequences by combining authentic Swabian cuisine with Mediterranean elements of a Spanish tapas bar. Our popular Swabian tapas are a key role in the external representation. However, the overall experience of the guest, which we want to offer with the seamless transition between food and drink, is equally important.
