In this position, you support our production manager in day-to-day business and take responsibility for the smooth running of our production. Coordination of daily workflows and ensuring timeliness Support in personnel deployment planning and technical guidance of colleagues Monitoring of manufacturing standards – from raw material to finished containers Planning and procurement of new machines, plants and buildings (including cost/benefit calculation) in cooperation with the different departments Interface for work preparation, logistics and manufacturing areas Compliance with applicable occupational safety regulations

Complete technical or craft training (e.g. as a carpenter, dry farmer, window builder, carpenter, facade builder, sanitary installer, industrial mechanic, steel construction, electronics,) with further training as a technician/master leadership experience in production of advantage Good understanding of manufacturing principles and manufacturing technologies Safe in handling technical drawings Social competence, empathy and hands-on mentality Ability to develop and motivate employees A quick understanding, enthusiasm, methodological and systematic approach, consistent target tracking and team orientation complete your profile
