Development of the long-term IT strategy based on corporate strategy and consulting management in key technology and investment decisions Observation and classification of relevant technological developments, in particular in the fields of artificial intelligence, automation and data-based solutions deriving concrete areas of action for the further development of the business processes and the future of the Elflein Group Development of a long-term target for a secure, efficient and scalable IT and system landscape Close cooperation with the management to translate entrepreneurial requirements into economic and practical IT solutions Responsibility for the IT budget, the selection of strategic technology partners and the higher-level information security Priority of the essential IT, digitization and transformation projects and control in coordination with the team management IT Transfer of the IT strategy to a feasible IT roadmap together with the team management IT Leadership and further development of the IT team management and strategic orientation of the entire IT organization

Successfully completed studies of economic informatics, computer science, economic engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a strategic IT function, ideally in a medium-sized or decentralized company Extensive understanding of corporate governance, business processes and the economic assessment of technology investments Entrepreneurial thinking, strong decision-making and a good sense of opportunities and risks of new technologies Experience in the development of IT, digitalization or transformation strategies as well as their transfer to implementable roadmaps Experience in leadership and further development of executives as well as in the construction of powerful IT organizations Consulting competence and convincing communication at management level German and English skills
