Account Manager (m/w/d)

You enter into and work on the contracts of our professionally active customers in a firmly assigned region. Since each customer is different, you will be expected to have a diverse and varied task area. In addition, you are taking risk assessments, making decisions on the acceptability of fleet connections, and always looking at yield-oriented aspects. Your expertise contributes significantly to the profitability and stability of the company. As a central specialist contact person, you support our LVM agencies in the creation of individual offers and accompany them to customer appointments if necessary. Your use enables solutions that are appropriate to your needs and strengthens the connection to our customers. You expand your area of responsibility through the execution of renovations and the processing of terminations. Your work ensures the long-term satisfaction of our customers: it actively contributes to the optimization of the contract. In addition, you will occasionally introduce yourself to departmental projects. So you have the opportunity to set your own impulses and actively shape the further development of the department.

You have a completed training to/from the merchant for insurance and finance or a commercial training with a high willingness to work on insurance topics. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the contract management of the motor insurance in commercial business. Your knowledge in this area is a real plus and allows you to work efficiently and purposefully. You are characterized by a high level of enforcement and a pronounced solution orientation. Supported by your economic thinking and acting, you contribute significantly to the efficiency and success of our team. Your good communication and decision-making skills as well as your high level of commitment make you a valuable team member that acts sovereignly and professionally in every situation. Your flexibility and readiness to travel complete your profile and show your willingness to be active and productive even outside the office.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Of course, any overtime that has been completed is paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.
