Contact person for inquiries from customers and sales partners with the help of our complete product and service offer, events, pension and car program via telephone, email or mail Sales support activities Recording and final answering complaints Dissolving or sizing conflict situations General administrative tasks

Successfully completed commercial training; ideally professional experience in customer service or cross-entry possible Immigrant German in Word and Writing, additional English skills of advantage Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel and Word) Self-responsible and independent operation Team spirit, commitment and fun at active customer contact
