Your tasks:

• Accompanying people: You work with adults with mental and complex disabilities
• Individual participation plans: Together with our clients, you develop individual plans to cope with everyday life
• Promoting quality of life: With empathy and commitment, you give our clients the opportunity to live in the usual environment
• Documentation: The careful documentation of the services provided is also part of your daily work

What you should bring:

• Completed training: You have a training as an educator / nurse / nursing caregiver / nursing caregiver (m/w/d)
• Experience: Ideally you have experience in helping people with disabilities
• Willingness to shiftwork: You are ready to work in shiftwork, weekends and holidays
