The normal station C.310 at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) is one of the three highly specialized stations for cardiac and vascular surgery. Our experienced and dedicated team specializes in providing patients with complex heart diseases as well. Whether artificial heart implants or life-saving heart transplants, we use state-of-the-art methods to promote recovery and ensure first-class medical care. Implementation of basic and treatment care for heart and vascular patients, including therapeutic and diagnostic measures Implementation, documentation and evaluation of general and special care as part of a structured care process Pre- and post-operative care according to the latest scientific findings and current guidelines Instruction and introduction of new employees and support for assistance and assistance staff and support for learners Active participation and support of nursing and organizational processes for the continuous optimization of station processes

A completed training as a nurse / nurse, health care and nursing / health care / GKP or Nurse / Nurse or equivalent training Practical experience in cardiac and vascular surgery is desirable Funded, up-to-date nursing expertise and a strong willingness to continue training Ability to implement patient-oriented, needs-oriented care in the three-layer system Empathic and respectful handling of patients, relatives and colleagues
