In the job: As a Master@IBM in the area of Software Automation Sales (m/w/d), you support the Enterprise-Sales team to accompany customers on their digital transformation journey and successfully place innovative software solutions in the field of AI and intelligent automation.

You work closely with your team and expert:inside from various IBM labs, analyze customer requirements and learn how to present, test and develop modern software automation solutions together with experienced colleagues.

You take early responsibility in the entire sales cycle: from strategic account preparation to customer address and product demos to support in negotiations and complex alerts.

At the same time, you build the necessary expertise in the Master's degree to become a real expert in enterprise software, sales, business development and automated IT solutions step by step.

You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, Digitization, Innovation Management or a comparable degree course. Ideally with a grade average of at least 2.5. Level B2 (according to GER) according to the language classification of the University of Applied Sciences Reutlingen. German level C1 (according to GER) according to the language set of the University of Applied Sciences Reutlingen. You bring passion for IT, software automation, sales and business development and have ideally already gained first insights into these areas. First experience in project management, sales or direct contact with customers: both are a plus and help you quickly take responsibility in the enterprise-sales environment. You have strong analytical skills, can well prioritize and have a high interest in digital technologies, AI and intelligent automation. A very good communication and team skills will give you the opportunity to explain solutions, to inspire people and to achieve success together in the team. You have very good presentation skills and good MS Office knowledge In addition, you are working proactively, structured and reliable and bringing the motivation to further develop yourself personally and professionally.
