On May 1, 2026 (or by agreement) we are looking for a daily-time guide (m/w/d) for the house at Aspacher Tor in Backnang in parttime (19.5 hours/week).

You are organising and planning the care through the everyday services. You participate in the recruitment of staff and lead your employees to good performance. In addition, you will assist in the planning and implementation of the care services.

Completed 3-year vocational training or studies in the field of domestic affairs, social work, therapy or care with the training to the master/manager (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Willingness to work on the topics relevant to the home economy and care within the framework of the concept of the living group of the Evangelical Heimstiftung Management and leadership experience Responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action Communication skills, team spirit and empathy
