Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

You are the central contact for our customers in the after-sales. You contribute to intensifying relationships with our existing B2B customers. You process all customer requests in the spare parts business, complaints and are the point of contact for mechanical support. This means that you contribute significantly to the economic stability and further development of our company. This is what awaits you in detail: Support our customers for all service, spare parts and component requests Order and complaint management Coordination and interface management (enge cooperation with sales, logistics, technology and project management) Data management and reporting (especially in or out of the CRM and ERP system) Working with process and tool optimization in your area Creation of shipping, customs and export documents

What you bring: Business or technical training or (economic)engineering studies or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment (metal industry or plant engineering) and customer service Good technical understanding (e.g. handling of technical drawings) and knowledge of industry-specific standards Experience with ERP systems (AIDA-ORGA of advantage) and CRM systems Basic knowledge of customs processing desirable Embossed analytical strength, ability to solve complex problems and strong communication skills
