As a helper metalworking (m/w/d) in the Marburg area, a practical entry into production with clear tasks and direct reference to finished quality awaits you. At the site you work in an environment where careful handling, a good eye for details and reliable work count.

• You support the machining of metal parts and make sure that individual work steps fit into each other.
• Preparing activities such as providing, sorting and tracking materials are your daily routine.
• Individual workpieces are tested for visible quality and make sure they meet the specified requirements.
• With simple machine and production processes, you keep the process running and take care of deviations.
• You pay attention to order and cleanliness in the work area so that the processes remain safe and efficient.
• Supporting activities related to packaging, transport and provision of parts complete the work.
• The team will help you to ensure that production can be implemented reliably and on time.

We are looking for

A reliable profile with interest in practical work in metalworking and a safe, careful handling of materials and workpieces is sought. First professional experience or motivation from a comparable area are helpful for entry, but more important are learning readiness and a responsible working style.

• First experience in production, production or in the craftsmanship environment is of advantage, but no need.
• A good understanding of simple workflows and clean, accurate work fits well to this place.
• Physical resilience and attention in everyday production are important as the work is practical and active.
• Working time in the shift model and the willingness to adjust to changing times of use are included.
• Layer models after deployment planning should be feasible for you.
• Reliability, punctuality and responsible handling of materials and resources are expected.
• Team skills and an open, engaging posture make it easier for you to enter the work area.
