You are responsible for the strategic development of our customer center and take over the overall responsibility for ensuring quality and process standards for performing outbound and sales activities. As a contact person, you are interested in sales and central areas of expertise and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, you actively take over the management of projects or work on cross-bank projects.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics or similar – as an alternative a bank-sales training with relevant additional qualifications. You can also at least. 5 years of professional experience in the distribution context. When you act, you always focus on the customer, convince through analytical thinking and acting, and have the pleasure of structuring complex tasks, preparing and presenting them in an address-oriented manner. Own initiative, resilience and independent working as well as team capacity, enforcement ability and a safe occurrence complete your profile.
