Introduction and development of applications Planning and implementation of software introductions (in particular standard software) Analysis and coordination of technical requirements with the departments Configuration, Customizing and Integration of Applications into Existing Processes and the Central Service Portal

Document Management and Digitization Introduction and Development of Document Management and Archive Systems (DMS) Integration of central applications & further development of digital processes and structures in the DMS

Control and development of specialist applications and the service portal in cooperation with product management Responsibility for the further development of own applications Coordination of Adaptations and extensions of existing systems

Strategic development Participation in the IT strategy with focus on standardization and digitalization Development of methods and standards in application management and software development together with the IT-PM and external development partner

Completed academic studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the introduction and implementation of standard software Ideally practical experience in document management systems (DMS) / archive solutions Knowledge of the design and development of applications and a good understanding of modern software architectures Experience in IT project management and cooperation with specialist areas Multiannual leadership experience or strong leadership competence Extensive understanding of business processes and their mapping in IT systems Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and high communication capability
