As a Facility Manager (m/w/d), you can ensure that our locations work smoothly and continuously develop. With your organizational talent, technical understanding and your hands-on mentality, you create optimal framework conditions for our employees and processes.
day-to-day business & location support Central contact for all facility topics at the locations – from fault message to appointment coordination Continuous support and maintenance of existing buildings, office and production areas Coordination and supervision of external service providers (cleaning, security, home technology, maintenance) Organisation and follow-up of statutory audits and maintenance and related documentation Examination of measures for energy efficiency and sustainability at our sites (including building technology, lighting, heat/cold supply) Budget planning for facility management across locations, investment planning and reporting of maintenance and operating costs Close cooperation with work security, quality management and purchasing on site-related topics in daily business Report line to the CTO of the Group on the status, risks and strategic developments of the sites Office and area planning Planning and implementation of relocations, redesigns and rebuilding measures in office and social areas Maintenance and updating of the area and occupancy plans across all locations Coordination of area requirements with the disciplines and development of practical solutions during operation Further development & perspective Development of surface layouts for production, logistics, office and social spaces taking into account work safety, ergonomics and process logic Coordination of reconstruction, refurbishment and expansion projects at all locations – from the demand assessment to the tendering procedure to the construction acceptance Participation in the further development of the sites including perspective expansion and expansion projects Support in the selection and introduction of tools for land and maintenance planning
Education: Completed degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Technology, Industrial Engineering or Comparative Qualification
Professional experience: 3 to 4 years of professional experience in facility management or in a comparable technical or infrastructural function
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of building, industrial and fire protection law Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with area management tools of advantage Experience in handling external service providers and craft businesses
