Plant management: You operate, control and monitor modern production and process systems.

Process control: With measurement and control technology, you always keep in mind parameters such as pressure, temperature and flow.

Quality assurance: You check the product quality according to fixed standards and document the results accurately.

Maintenance: You perform simple maintenance and cleaning work to ensure a smooth operation.

Disruption management: Deviations in the process can be detected at an early stage and initiate first measures to eliminate them.

Security & Environment: Compliance with strict safety and hygiene guidelines is of course for you.

Qualification: A completed vocational training (technical, e.g., machine and plant guide, is ideal – cross-comers with completion are welcome).

Experience: First practice in production (chemistry, pharmaceuticals or clean room) is a big plus.

Technology confession: You have a good feeling for machines and technical processes.

Ready to use: You are physically resilient and ready for work in the fully continuous 5-layer system.

Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German in word and writing for a clean documentation.

Soft Skills: Reliability, team spirit and a conscientious way of working.
