Testmanager (m/f/d)

As a test manager, you are responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of all test activities in the bank. This allows you to play a central role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT systems and processes. You develop test strategies and plans for system, integration, acceptance and regression tests and ensure a structured test planning You coordinate all test activities in IT projects and operating measures and control test resources and test environments You define test criteria, formulate test cases and adopt test data management for high quality and traceability You ensure compliance with test standards and QS requirements (e.g. ISO/IEC 29119) and continuously develop the test method – in line with ITIL and DevOps approaches. Tool-based test documentation and test automation with Spira and Jira are of course for you You evaluate test-related risks, monitor the test performance, take over error tracking and classification, and start meaningful test reports and management information You support audits through test coverage and quality detection and work closely with information security and request management

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification and at least 5 years of experience in IT service or process management. You are also welcome with another, professionally relevant background – talk to us You bring well-founded knowledge in test planning, test design and test execution, taking analytic as well as structured You know the interactions between test, change, release and operation and have experience with review, acceptance and validation procedures Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA, ISO 27001, BSI, MaRisk and GDPR are desirable and help you optimally implement quality assurance You work responsibly, show a high level of organizational skill and process understanding and strive for continuous improvement Your communication and cooperation capability allows you to work with different stakeholders in a valuable and binding way. In doing so, you understand how to communicate between different perspectives and requirements
