In order to support our team at the Heilbronn office in the Construction section, we are looking for you as a technician (m/w/d) Construction Monitoring (m/w/d).

Your tasks include:

• Development of the execution planning of smaller maintenance measures on earth, transport and road construction measures and smaller engineering structures (e.g. support walls)
• Quality assurance and control of contractual requirements
• Preparing and creating award documents for smaller repair measures
• Contract processing including the local construction monitoring of new construction and renovation measures

You should bring this with you:

• Completed training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) or professional experience acquired equivalent knowledge and skills
• Multiannual experience in earth and road construction
• Enrolment of knowledge in technical guidelines
• Class B driving licence
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good MS Office

That would be desirable:

• iTWO and SAP knowledge are desirable
• Basic knowledge of procurement law
