Own-responsible management and control of construction projects in turnkey commercial and residential construction Coordination and supervision of the design in terms of quality, dates and costs Management and management of subcontractors and close coordination with all project participants Ensuring compliance with work safety, environmental and quality standards Participation in tendering, awarding and billing of subcontractors Implementation of construction meetings and regular reporting on project progress Support in the optimization of construction processes and the further development of digital and lean-based processes at the construction site Depending on the background of experience, progressively takeover of expanded areas of responsibility, for example in project management, management of larger construction site teams or the support of complex construction projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable engineering qualification First professional experience in the construction management or multiannual experience in the independent processing of construction projects in turnkey construction Ideally experience in managing entrepreneurs as well as in time, cost and quality management Embossed organizational talent, sense of responsibility and enforcement High communication and team skills as well as a safe occurrence to customers and after-contractors Structured and solution-oriented operation Knowledge of Lean Construction, digital construction site processes or modern project management methods are advantageous
