Educational work: Individual promotion of our U3 children, implementation of projects, games and excursions. Observation & documentation: documentation of the state of development and reflection of pedagogical work. Care & care: care for basic physical needs (eating, winding etc.). Parental partnership: regular exchange with parents on the development of their children. Team & Organisation: Team cooperation, participation in service meetings, co-design of kita conception.
